Shipping policy

🌍 Shipping to the UK, Europe & Selected Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, selected European countries (including France, Germany, and the Netherlands), and a number of other destinations.

  • Not all products are eligible for European delivery.
  • If we do not ship to your country, it should not appear as an option at checkout.

📦 Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • We aim to dispatch the same day for orders received before 1:00pm (UK time).
  • While we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, as they are dependent on the courier.
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm are processed the next working day.
  • During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. All orders are fully insured.
  • Next Day applies to working days only. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday, Sunday, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following working day.

🚚 Delivery Times & Services

United Kingdom (Mainland)

  • Orders over £49: Free Next Day Delivery (usually next working day after dispatch).
  • Orders under £49: Free Standard Delivery (2-3 days) or £3.99 for Next Day Delivery.

We can deliver to the regions below however, Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.

Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Channel Islands & Some remote Scottish locations (please be in touch to check with us)

Europe (Selected Countries)

  • Flat rate £19.99 to eligible countries (including France, Germany, and the Netherlands).
  • Transit times vary by destination and courier. (approx  4-8 working days)
  • Only eligible products can be shipped to Europe. If a product is not eligible, your country won’t be selectable at checkout.

💸 Shipping Costs (Summary)

  • UK £49+: Free Next Day Delivery
  • UK under £49: Free Standard Delivery / £3.99 Next Day Delivery
  • Europe (selected): Flat rate £19.99
